What would be the packaging of my order?
Snooze Pills believes in the complete confidentiality of our products when they are delivered to you. Your purchased products will be delivered in a brown bag without indicating or specifying the product in them.
What is the delivery time for the medicines?
Snooze Pills only offers next day delivery at the cost of 6.99 Pounds. We dispatch your orders from Monday to Friday throughout the UK, we do not dispatch any orders placed on weekends. Orders placed on weekends are dispatched on Monday and are to be delivered on Tuesday. Additionally, we only consider those orders as “today’s orders” which are placed before 3 PM, other orders that are placed on the website after 3 PM, are to be considered as “next day” orders and will be dispatched on the next day. Kindly note that the time duration for the order to be delivered is also subjective to your resident location. Furtherly, we are not currently incapacity to deliver in some countries due to customs or tariff restrictions, if your order is canceled due to this glitch, you will be informed by our customer support department.
As soon as your order gets dispatched, you will receive an email from our customer support department containing all the relevant information such as reference number, so that you can track your order.
What if my order has exceeded the expected shipment Date!
Snooze Pills has a fulfilling process of delivery for our customers but delays can be faced in special circumstances such as disruption or delay in the mailing system, Official holidays, and instant stock shortage due to delays from manufacturers. Kindly note that address information provided by the customer is also highly relevant regarding the delay, as any miss information on the shipping address can cause a delay or maybe loss of the order. Snooze Pills does not take responsibility of such errors and will not be obligated to accommodate any refund or return. What can I do about Lost Order?
Snooze Pills ensures that your orders do not get lost but if you do not get your order in the expected time, visit our contact page to communicate the issue. We consider the loss of an order only if 21 days have been passed since the expected delivery date. If the loss of the order is due to misinformation, Snooze Pills will not be able to accommodate any refund or return. Make sure that you have provided a true and authentic address for shipment.
